• Currently you can expect a quarter beef to cost around $1000-$1500 and processing is around $275-$350.
  • We require a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at purchase to hold your reservation, then we will invoice the remainder once the animal is harvested.
  • Dry aging and processing will take about 3 weeks to complete and you will pay the processor when you pick up your meat.
  • What is nice is it splits the expense up into manageable chunks!
